Welcome to Susan Gray Wellness

an Evanston, Illinois based wellness practice specializing in biodynamic craniosacral therapy and pregnancy massage

Orchids, photo by Andrew SteinerWhen I first established my practice in 1996 I had one intention in mind – to help people reconnect with their bodies. My focus is to create a calm and healing environment where relaxation can be introduced and accepted in to the nervous system.

As we try to adapt to today's elevated level of stress, we tend to feel fragmented on the surface. These fragmentations manifest into aches and pains, poor immune function, addictive behaviors, weight gain or loss, depression, and anxiety. When given the opportunity to experience support and quiet, the separateness on the surface dissolves and our innate wholeness is felt.

I also address eating disorders, utilizing craniosacral therapy and therapeutic massage. As a powerful adjunct to professional behavioral therapy, therapeutic touch provides a safe opportunity to generate a healthier body image and renewed sense of self among young women working through these issues.

It is an honor to work with individuals who want to reduce their stress symptoms so they can live happier and healthier lives.
